- Delivery time and delivery area limits
To provide convenience for customers when shopping, Oau.vn supports nationwide home delivery. For the inner area of Da Nang, Oau.vn will deliver to customers within 02 – 03 working days from the time the order is received.
For suburban areas, customers will receive the goods within 05 – 07 working days from the time Oau.vn receives the order. However, in some cases delivery may take a few more working days, but only in unavoidable situations such as:
- Oau.vn staff cannot contact the customer by phone, so delivery cannot be made.
- The delivery address provided is incorrect or difficult to find.
- The number of orders increases suddenly, causing delays in order processing.
- Suppliers deliver goods to Oau.vn later than expected, causing delivery delays, or the shipping partner delays the delivery.
- Shipping fees
Regarding shipping fees, Oau.vn will use delivery services from shipping companies and the fee will be calculated according to the rates of those service providers. The shipping fee will be informed to customers during the order confirmation process by Oau.vn staff.
For customers in other provinces who wish to purchase large quantities or wholesale customers, we will use shipping services from logistics companies. The shipping fee will be calculated according to the shipping provider’s price list or according to the agreement in the contract between the two parties.
- Responsibility of Oau.vn and the logistics service provider for providing shipment documents during the delivery process
All orders are carefully packed and sealed by Oau.vn before shipping. The shipping unit is responsible for transporting the goods according to the principle of “intact package and seal”, ensuring that the goods are not opened or damaged during the delivery process.
Each package will include the following information:
- Recipient information: Recipient’s name, phone number, and delivery address.
- Order tracking number.
To ensure product safety, Oau.vn will provide a valid financial invoice or warehouse release note of the product inside the package (if applicable).
The shipping unit is responsible for providing documents related to the goods to the customer and to competent state management authorities when requested during the delivery process.
- Responsibility in case goods are damaged during transportation
For goods damaged during transportation, whether delivered by the store or by a third-party shipping service, we will take responsibility for resolving the issue for the customer. Customers have the right to refuse to receive the product and request a return or exchange according to the “return and refund policy”. Any arising issues will be handled with the shipping partner to resolve compensation for the order according to the cooperation agreement between the company and the third-party logistics provider.
* Note: In case of delivery delays, we will inform customers promptly and customers may choose to cancel the order or continue waiting for the delivery.
